During his retirement Ray designed and built " Martin Lighthouse Park" across the road from their home. Sue and SteveHarry, Dawn and family, Ray was such a special person. On December 3, 1950 in Devereaux, MI, he married Dorothy Irene Baty who preceded him on August 14, 2016. He was born August 6, 1924 in Albion, Michigan to Frank D. and Marian M. (Elmer) Martin. The park includes a pond, lighthouse, covered bridge, a gazebo, a pavilion and a cement bridge. One of my favorite memories of your dad was his playing hockey with my nephews on the pond across from their house.
